There are about 90 steps down to our beach. There is also a public beach just a short walk or drive south from our property with no stairs required.

Loft has 2 floor mattresses with traditional bedding or bring along your sleeping bags. Fan is also available for additional temperature control. Ceiling is low, not high enough to stand fully.
Loft is only accessible by ladder. It can be pushed up against the wall when not in use.

Fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Just steps to the kitchen table, large island counter or out the side slider to the waiting picnic table and large poly wood chairs.

You get tons of natural light in Sunrise Cottage. All windows have up/down cellular shades so that you can adjust the level of privacy you want at any time of the day.

Increased beach activity during July 4th week 🎆 – While the beach remains private, neighboring cottages may host additional guests, leading to a livelier atmosphere.

No parties are allowed. Only guests registered as part of the reservation are allowed on the property or in the cottage. A maximum of 8 people is strictly enforced.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
